Pilates reformer training, a conditioning program for both men and women. 
A gentle and effective method of creating long lean muscles while 
improving joint mobility and overall flexibility. 

The Pilates programs I have are designed to create a strong and stable core (abdominal and back ) 
and rid the body of chronic weakness.  Each program is developed with the understanding 
that the center/core of the body should be the source of initiation of movement, 
flexibility, range of motion, and a long lean body will result.
